Boston, Part 4

So our last and final day started with just the 3 of us touring the city in the morning and early afternoon. We had a great time strolling around in the city without much of a plan.

I was SO excited when I spotted a McDonald's and was able to get an orange juice. Now I am sure most kids want to go to McDonald's to get the Happy Meal, the toy or the french fries but not me, I LOVE their orange juice! And don't forget that Mom also LOVES the coffee there! So we were both very excited about this find.

Posing with Boston Celtic coaching legend and next to Larry Bird's shoes!

Running through the marketplace.

Checking out the map to see where we had to go today.

Posing with the frog at Frog Pond Park.

Checking out the playground. Another exciting find of the day!

Posing on a donkey with Mom.

Had to pose with Dad too.

Mom, Aunt B and I ended the night at the pool. Dad and Uncle Patrick went to the baseball game while we swam and hung out at the hotel.

Reading bedtime stories with Aunt B.

Sorry about the sideways pictures but you get the point that this vacation wore me out! I slept like a baby every night!

Boston, Part 3

The next day of fun was filled with lots of activities with Aunt B!

The first thing we did was take my first ride on a Subway!

The Mom & I got to go see Aunt B's wedding dress. I even got to try on a veil.

Then we stopped at Aunt B's work or "her lab." Yep, she is a scientist, isn't that cool?

I got to look through a fancy microscope.

And make "love potions" to give to all my friends at home.

Thanks Aunt B for a fun day in the lab. Maybe I should be a scientist when I grow up???

Then of course we had to take a trip to the pool & spa at the hotel. This was especially fun since I now know how to swim. I practiced and practiced and practiced until Mom & Dad were too tired to practice with me any longer!

We ended the day at this fancy restaurant that gave us green cotton candy at the end of our meal!

Boston, Part 2

We started our second day in Boston by visiting the Public Gardens. This place was full of fun things to do! Here I am at the entrance.

Daddy & me playing.

I of course had to take a dip in the water with the ducks.

Me, Dad & Mom in front of a statue.

Sitting on the famous Mallard duck family.

With Adam at "Cheers."

Listening to Baby DeChristopher sing the ABC's.....Adam says he taught the baby this trick but I had my doubts!

Later that afternoon, Aunt B met us for a duck boat tour.

I even got to drive the boat!

Then we went to dinner. Here is me & Adam having a blast as always! Thanks Adam for always having fun with me!

Ending the night with a little music.

Our Boston vacation, Part 1

So we just went on the best vacation ever....we went to Boston! Not only does my Aunt B & Patrick live there but my buddies Adam & Becca are there. I was so excited that prior to leaving, I was counting down the days. We stayed for 5 nights and had a blast.

Here I am on the plane, ready for take-off. Notice that I am in my pajamas? Yes, Mom & Dad had to wake me at 5am to catch our flight! But I woke happy and ready for the flight.
Here is me seeing Aunt B for the first time in almost a year!

The greatest host & my best pals, Adam & Becca. They let us stay with them for 2 nights while we were there and I had SO much fun playing with them. (Adam- if your reading this, raise 2 hands if you miss me!)

We even got to go to a Red Sox game!

Here is me with my new Wally doll to cheer on the Red Sox (sorry Papa Pirate)!

Mom & I posing in front of the Red Sox sign.

Me posing in front of the great seats Adam got for us!

We of course had to hit a park that night. I was so excited to play at a park in the dark!

Adam & me on the slide.

A rescue

So the other day Mom & I decided to go on a "bird hunt" and little did I know that it would turn into a "bird rescue." We were walking around our neighborhood when we heard lots of quacking and a boy yelling "baby ducks in the pool." So of course we had to go investigate. And what we found was 9 baby ducklings stuck in our pool and the mother duck quacking away. So of course we came to their rescue with nets and blankets. It took about an hour and 4 people to rescue them.

Here is me holding the first rescued duckling. I am SO proud!

Here is the rescued ducklings.

Here is me holding 2 ducklings.
Reunited with their mother and waddling away back to the golf course.

Practicing my underwater moves.
Are you ready?

Look at me, I can swim!

Still going....

A happy swim teacher!
